The purpose of the group is to protect and develop folklore traditions. In its programme interpretes habits, songs and dances from various national regions of Slovakia. The greatest orientation belongs to Tekov region and repertoar includes the dances and songs of Eastern Slovakia, Liptov and Detva. The group's performance represents variety and richness of the Slovak folklore culture.

The group has its musical, dancing and singing part.

INOVEC performances at various culture - social actions and folklore festivals. The Slovak folklore culture represents in abroad as well.
